Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

Delivery:

All orders from within the U.K. will be sent via Royal Mail for free after they have been fulfilled (which may take up to 3 working days from the date of purchase). All orders placed for delivery outside the U.K. will be fulfilled via a carrier of our choice and will be subject to an additional charge.

Due to the current pandemic / strikes our service provider Royal Mail is experiencing delays. As a result of this orders are currently taking up to 10 working days to be delivered. 

Returns & Refunds:

We will provide a full refund or replacement of any products that are damaged. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. We will require photographs to support the claim and may require the faulty products to be returned to us. We will arrange the return where necessary.

On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed of this within 3 working days of receipt. We will arrange a collection of these products as necessary, once we have investigated the dispatch records for your order.
