SAFFRONLY PISTACHIO & WHITE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS
Dry Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Cups Plain Flour
- Pinch of Saffronly saffron
- 1TBSP Baking Powder
- Crushed Pistachios
- White Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1TBSP Vanilla Essence
Instructions:
- Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light & fluffy. Add vanilla and milk, and beat until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder then add to Butter mix.
- Continue to Mix in the flour and add Saffronly saffron, pistachio and white chocolate.
- Roll Out and Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and place on oven proof tray.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes or until slightly Golden Brown
- Enjoy with a lovely cup of tea
