SAFFRONLY PISTACHIO & WHITE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS

Saffron, Pistachios and White Chocolate

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Cups Plain Flour
  • Pinch of Saffronly saffron
  • 1TBSP Baking Powder 
  • Crushed Pistachios
  • White Chocolate Chips

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1TBSP Vanilla Essence 

    Instructions:

    1. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light & fluffy. Add vanilla and milk, and beat until well mixed.
    2. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder then add to Butter mix.
    3. Continue to Mix in the flour and add Saffronly saffron, pistachio and white chocolate.
    4. Roll Out and Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and place on oven proof tray.
    5. Bake at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes or until slightly Golden Brown
    6. Enjoy with a lovely cup of tea
