
SAFFRONLY MANGO PANNA COTTA

Ingredients:
- ¼ tsp Saffronly saffron
- 1 ½ cups @justsuperfruits kesar mangoes , pureed
- 1½ cup creamed coconut
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 ½ tsp agar-agar powder
- ½ cup cane sugar (adjust to the sweetness of the mangoes)
Method:
- Add the sugar, creamed coconut and almond milk into the same pan over a medium-high heat.
- Once the mixture is boiling, add in the agar-agar and whisk quickly to combine.
- Turn off the heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Add in the mango puree and Saffronly saffron and Stir to combine.
- Divide the mango mixture into 3 cups
- Chill in the fridge for at least 45 minutes, or until set.
