SAFFRONLY MANGO PANNA COTTA

Saffronly Mango Pannacotta

Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp Saffronly saffron
  • 1 ½ cups @justsuperfruits kesar mangoes , pureed
  • 1½ cup creamed coconut
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 ½ tsp agar-agar powder
  • ½ cup cane sugar (adjust to the sweetness of the mangoes)

Method:

  1. Add the sugar, creamed coconut and almond milk into the same pan over a medium-high heat.
  2. Once the mixture is boiling, add in the agar-agar and whisk quickly to combine.
  3. Turn off the heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the mango puree and Saffronly saffron and Stir to combine.
  5. Divide the mango mixture into 3 cups
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 45 minutes, or until set.
