SAFFRONLY MANGO LASSI

Mango lassi with saffron

Ingredients: 

  • 2 large ripe @just_superfruits Indian mangoes - chopped 
  • 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt (swap for almond yogurt if vegan) 
  • 1/2 cup milk (swap for almond milk if vegan) 
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Large pinch of Saffronly saffron
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar (adjust to your taste)
  • Pinch of cardamom

Method:

  1. Soak the large pinch of Saffronly saffron in to the milk (you can do this overnight to enhance the flavour of the Saffronly) whilst you prepare the rest of your ingredients 
  2. Add all of the ingredients in to the blender
  3. Serve chilled in a tall glass 
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts, Saffronly saffron, chopped mangoes or mint (optional)
